The following words and phrases used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" or "pklik" — means the pklik.cam website and all services provided through it.
• "User" or "you" — means any person registered on the pklik platform.
• "Account" — means each user's own registered profile.
• "Services" — means all gaming, betting and related facilities provided by pklik.
• "Funds" — means money deposited into your pklik account.
• "Bonus" — means any promotional benefit or additional funds provided by pklik.

1.2 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all pages, services and activities on pklik.cam. pklik's privacy policy and responsible gaming policy are also considered part of these Terms.

The Bengali version of these Terms is the original and shall be considered effective for legal purposes.

To create an account on pklik, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register on the pklik platform and use its services. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and funds will not be returned.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each person may create only one pklik account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this is violated, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses received will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. pklik reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false information is provided.

2.4 Verification Process

pklik may request identity verification at any time. Identity verification is an important process for security and fraud prevention. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Ensuring the security of your pklik account is your own responsibility.

3.1 Password Protection

Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone else. Use a strong password and change it regularly.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the pklik support team immediately. pklik will not be responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use by a third party.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring or allowing anyone else to use your pklik account is strictly prohibited. Each account is for the personal use of the registered individual only.

The following rules must be followed for financial transactions on the pklik platform.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process is not complete.

4.3 Transaction Policy

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming and betting on the pklik platform. Using the pklik platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited. pklik reserves the right to investigate and temporarily suspend suspicious transactions.

pklik offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming these benefits.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳5,000 is available when you create your first account and make a deposit on pklik. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Terms

• A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within a set time period after the bonus is received.
• Certain games may be counted at a different rate toward bonus wagering.

5.3 Promotion Abuse

If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false information or fraudulent means, all bonuses will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

pklik's VIP program has three tiers. By playing regularly you can advance to a higher tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

VIP tier changes are at pklik's discretion and depend on your overall activity on the platform.

5.5 Right to Modify Bonuses

pklik reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the terms of any bonus or promotion at any time. Such changes will be published on pklik.cam.

The following rules apply to gaming and betting on the pklik platform.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

• All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).
• Game results are final. Results will not be changed unless a technical error is proven.
• It is the user's responsibility to ensure an uninterrupted internet connection while playing.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a server error, network issue or other technical reason, pklik will consider providing compensation. However, the final decision on this matter rests with pklik.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits are displayed in the game interface for users' convenience. pklik reserves the right to change these limits from time to time.

6.4 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA-related events) and other sports events. pklik's specific policy will be followed in the event of a match cancellation, suspension or change of result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pklik platform:

7.1 Fraudulent Behavior

• Use of any software, bots, automation or fraudulent methods.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false or misleading information.

7.2 Financial Crimes

• Money laundering or suspicious transactions in any form.
• Using third-party payment methods or accounts.
• Using stolen or illegal funds.

7.3 Other Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized use of pklik's intellectual property.
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in improper conduct toward other users.
• Using the platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

pklik takes responsible gaming very seriously. We place the highest priority on our users' wellbeing and financial protection.

8.1 Setting Gaming Limits

Users can set their own deposit limits, betting limits and time limits on their accounts. This feature helps users enjoy gaming responsibly.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gaming habits are getting out of control, you can contact the pklik support team to arrange a temporary or permanent break on your account.

8.3 Protection of Minors

9.1 Ownership

pklik's logos, trademarks, designs, software, text, graphics, and all other content are the exclusive property of pklik. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these without written permission is prohibited.

9.2 Personal Use License

Subject to compliance with these terms, pklik grants you a limited, revocable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

pklik will not be held liable in the following cases:

10.1 Service Disruptions

• Losses caused by internet connection interruptions or network issues.
• Temporary service unavailability during maintenance or upgrades.
• Transaction delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers.

10.2 Indirect Damages

pklik will not be liable for loss of income, business losses, data loss, or any other indirect or incidental damages. However, this limitation will not apply to direct damages caused by pklik's proven negligence.

10.3 Third-Party Services

pklik integrates third-party game providers and services into its platform. pklik is not fully liable for the quality or performance of these third-party services.

pklik reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the following circumstances:

11.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Any violation of the terms and conditions.
• Suspicious financial activity or suspicion of fraud.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Evidence of verifiable prohibited activity.

11.2 Refund of Funds

In the event of account termination, if no rules have been violated, any remaining real funds in the account will be refunded. Bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses are non-refundable.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Any user who wishes to close their account may contact the pklik support team. An opportunity to withdraw remaining funds will be provided before the account is closed.

The following process will be followed to resolve any disputes between pklik and a user.

12.1 Initial Contact

For any complaint or dispute, first contact pklik's customer support team. Email with a detailed description of the issue and relevant information.

12.2 Dispute Review

pklik's support team will review your complaint and propose a resolution within a reasonable time. You will need to cooperate by providing necessary information and evidence during this process.

12.3 Final Decision

If the dispute is not resolved with the support team, the matter may be escalated to pklik's senior management for review. pklik's final decision must be respected in all disputes.

Changes to Terms and Final Provisions

pklik reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via email. However, the latest version published on pklik.cam will always be considered the effective version.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
